My greeting cards are a labour of love. They are all individually inkjet printed on highest quality photo paper. The new envelope and now matching paper insert are from recycled and sustainable resources.

A Whirlwind Trip

I was honoured to meet Mr. Kazuhiro Yuasa, Company President of Ricoh, Mr. Masanori Hashimoto, General Manager Photo Gallery RING CUBE, the judges Mr. Ryo Ohwada and Mr. Kazuyuki Okajima and my special interpreter Ms. Reiko Tsukamoto.
Thank you for a wonderful reception.

The "new angle, new day" exhibition at RING CUBE Gallery which features the winning photos of the 10th Ricoh Photo Contest looked fantastic. The works were beautifully framed and looked great in the RING CUBE space.

MY PRIZE:
My prize was a certificate and a Ricoh camera CX4.
I also received a copy of the Ricoh calendar 2011 (with my Sherbrooke Forest Melbourne image) as well as a photo book (my work included) of the "new angle, new day" exhibition.
I was given a Ricoh photo album and the gift of some yummy doughnuts in the RING CUBE shape were a lovely added touch.

SOME FACTS:
The 10th Ricoh Photo Contest attracted a total of 1244 entries from 33 countries.
950 were from Japan, 175 from English speaking countries, 80 from Chinese speaking countries and 39 from German speaking countries.

During my trip I enjoyed meeting many lovely people. A special mention goes to Ms. Mi-Young Kim, Ms. Natsumi Suzuki and Ms. Ayami Nakayama.
